DESCRIPTION

The Alto SXA18P 18" Vented Line Array Subwoofer is engineered to deliver an array of configuration options, allowing you to incorporate it with up to four SXA28p loudspeakers as needed for any short or medium throw environment. The subwoofer is built to endure stress while maintaining a sound that is loud, clean, and uncolored. It features a heavy-duty steel grill and is covered in a ruggedized black textured finish that is scratch and dent-resistant. Recessed handles make the subwoofer easy and safe to move from rehearsal space to stage and back again, while heavy-duty rubber feet ensure that it stays put no matter how much volume you pump through it. Its full-length metal grille protects the drivers and the horns from falling mic stands or other pitfalls of repeated stage use.

With the ability to handle 750W (continuous), 1500W (program) or 3000W (peak), the subwoofer is suitable for obtaining clean, deep frequencies. The subwoofer is capable of delivering 125 dB Peak SPL, producing incredible sonic clarity. 

The subwoofer has a rugged cabinet made of 18mm calibrated plywood that is ready for the constant stress that touring systems endure. It also features an attractive black finish and a perforated metal grill. Suggested configurations include 2 SXA18P subwoofers usable from 37Hz to 180Hz, plus 4 SXA28P speakers usable from 77Hz to 18kHz, and 1 STAGEDRIVE  Digital Processor that includes factory presets and user memory for custom presets.

It is a versatile subwoofer that can be used for live sound systems, touring rigs, arenas, and stadiums, as well as houses of worship.
